Super Cell Fenders
Our Super Cell tech has changed how marine dock bumpers work. These bumpers are super efficient. They can take up to 70 percent of impact energy while reducing stress on the structure.
The dock fenders mix ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) and natural rubber. The rubber fights UV rays, saltwater damage, and abrasion for over 10 years. Each fender has been checked over 100 times and meets ISO 9001:2015 standards.
They have a tapered front panel that cuts hull pressure by up to 40 percent when docking. This keeps large vessels safe during docking.
They can also take up to 15% more energy and exert 5% less force on the hull. The design also extends the life of the fenders by avoiding damage points.
Even when hit at an angle of 15°, they stay intact. This is thanks to their special rounded heads.

Main Features of Zhonghaihang Marine Dock Bumpers
- Rounded head transition prevents stress concentrations
- Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) pads reduce friction by 30% during moorings
- Multiple standardized models from 400 mm to 3000 mm in height
- Pre-assembled u-cups and bolts simplify installation
- Low reaction forces reduce hull stresses by 25-35% under side loading conditions

Multiple applications for berth fender systems
Our marine fenders are good for any place, keeping harbors, offshore areas, and all vessels safe. CMI’s systems are made to meet each location’s needs. This includes busy harbors and remote offshore spots.
Port and harbor protection: Harbor fender systems are key for busy marinas. Our Super Cell fenders handle collision forces and resist corrosion. They are perfect for tankers or container ships entering ports.
Extreme conditions: Our offshore fender solutions protect against seawater damage and strong waves. They use special elastomers to handle the massive impacts of oil rigs and deep-water platforms. Inflatable fenders can be adapted to different vessel sizes, while Super Cell models save on maintenance costs in bad weather.
Marine and marina fenders for different vessel types: Our fenders fit a wide range of vessels, from yachts to large cargo ships. Foam fenders are for smaller vessels, and D-shaped or cylindrical fenders for larger ones. Our modular units are easy to install at docks or large marinas. They match the angle and speed of the vessel. You can choose the hardness and size as needed.
Choose Zhonghaihang as Your Harbor Fender System Supplier
Zhonghaihang supplies top-notch harbor fender systems to protect marine structures. Our Super Cell technology lets dock fenders absorb up to 70% more energy than usual. This reduces damage to the vessel while keeping the structure safe.
We offer solutions for all systems, from small docks to large mooring systems. We make sure our systems fit your needs perfectly.
We consider many factors, like tidal range and vessel size, to recommend the best fender system. Whether you need pneumatic fenders or foam fenders, we have you covered!
