Heavy Lifting Airbag
When you need to move a concrete caisson or a large piece of machinery, traditional lifting equipment can give you a headache. Zhonghaihang’s Heavy Lifting Airbag is designed to solve these challenges. It is based on a ship launching airbag, which can roll smoothly with the load and avoid twisting. It is especially suitable for a variety of scenarios such as construction work, marine salvage and heavy machinery transport.
Each airbag has a maximum lifting capacity of up to 1,000 tonnes and a compression deformation rate of up to 70%. With diameters ranging from 0.8 to 3.0 metres and lengths from 6 to 20 metres, they are suitable for almost all salvage and handling tasks. The deflated airbag is extremely flat and can be placed underneath the target. A minimum of 12 inches is all that is required to quickly attach the airbag, making deployment extremely fast.
In addition, the Heavy Lifting Airbag’s cylindrical design and automatic pressure relief valve ensure stability and safety under high pressure. The rollability design keeps the airbag smooth as the load moves, reducing handling difficulties and risks.
